HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE AND PRODUCTS?

Expression, emotion and connection are important elements in our imagery. We want each of our images to tell a story and to strike a chord with the viewer. We are a product based studio and have a beautiful gallery displaying all of our fine art products. We have custom designed innovative tabletop pieces and also create stunning albums with modern materials. Client also love our canvasses, acrylic wall pieces and framed enlargements. It gives us great pleasure to know that we are creating lasting images that will become part of a family’s history.

CAN WE PURCHASE DIGITAL FILES?

Yes, for every image created into a product, clients can purchase the high resolution digital file. There is no minimum spend requirement to qualify.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Firstly, just be in touch and let us know your needs. We are happy to discuss your shoot and understand who you would like captured and the ages and interests of the people involved. Once we confirm wardrobe and style, then we book the shoot date. Every session takes approx. 1.5-2 hours. About 7-10 days after your photo session we will invite you back to our showroom to view your images on our large screen display and choose the images you would like to create into products.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM WITH FINE ART PRODUCTS?

In this digital age, for images to be truly remembered, we feel printing and displaying images is important. Our clients often comment that they enjoy viewing joyful images of their family around the home or in their office. This is different from opening a hard disk and looking at an image on your computer screen or iPhone, once in awhile. We have chosen to not be a shoot and burn studio, because we pride ourselves on creating the most beautiful product that you can cherish for a whole lifetime. We have a large format archival printer and have strict quality control over the output of our images. We even hand laminate every canvas to protect them for posterity. And some of our products are also created in Europe. Therefore every image that we create for you has been finely retouched and printed to perfection. Remember, we are also creating beautiful imagery for future generations to enjoy.

DO YOU PROVIDE OUTFITS?

We store minimal props in our studio such as chairs, baskets, and some newborn and maternity wraps.

SHOULD I BRING SNACKS TO THE SHOOT?

If we are helping you with a children’s shoot please bring small bite sized snacks to give them energy throughout the shoot. And for the bigger kids, sure, bring along anything they like! We have a very comfortable waiting area where they can take a break between background changes.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED?

For kids, they grow so fast, so best time is now! We have great experience photographing children of all ages – from newborn babies, toddlers to teenagers and young adults. People of all ages love working with us and we bring a delightful and humorous energy into all of our shoots. We are also known for shooting families with multiple children, sometimes up to 5 kids. So much of the success of a shoot is attributed to a psychological awareness and understanding on how to get the best expressions and reactions from them.
